Horton Township has contracted the services of an animal control officer to carry out all aspects of animal control within the Township as per Horton Township By-law No. 2001-20. This includes the regulating of the keeping and control of dogs, the licencing and restraint of dog. This by-law does not regulate the control of cats in the Township.
